About All Set Heating & Cooling
Your Local Heating, Cooling & Indoor Air Quality Contractor
We started All Set Heating & Cooling with one simple goal: take care of our neighbors the right way. We believe true home comfort is about more than whether the furnace runs or the air conditioner blows cold. It is also about airflow, humidity, filtration, ventilation, energy efficiency, and the quality of the air your family breathes every day.
Serving Arlington Heights and Chicago’s Northwest Suburbs, our local HVAC team combines professional heating and cooling service with indoor air quality expertise to help make homes more comfortable, efficient, and healthier year-round.
A Local HVAC Contractor That Looks at the Whole Home
Heating, cooling, humidity, airflow, and indoor air quality all work together. That is why we look beyond the immediate symptom and help identify what is really affecting your home’s comfort.
Chicago Weather Creates Unique Indoor Air Challenges
Chicago winters can make indoor air extremely dry. Static shocks, dry skin, irritated sinuses, and shrinking or cracking wood can all be signs of low indoor humidity. During summer, excessive humidity can make rooms feel sticky and create conditions that contribute to odors, dust mites, and unwanted biological growth.
As a general comfort target, many Chicago-area homes benefit from approximately 30–40% relative humidity in winter and 40–50% during summer.
Whole-home humidifiers and dehumidifiers work with your HVAC system to help maintain more consistent conditions throughout the house. Measuring humidity across multiple rooms can show whether your home is staying within a comfortable range.
Start With a $99 Air Score Test
As local air quality testing experts serving Arlington Heights and Chicago’s Northwest Suburbs, All Set can evaluate the conditions inside your home before recommending improvements.
We can then connect those findings with the right HVAC maintenance, humidity control, filtration, indoor air quality improvements, or new heating and cooling system when needed.
Your Neighbors. Your Local HVAC Team. You’re All Set.
Whether you need heating repair, air conditioning service, indoor air quality testing, HVAC maintenance, or a new system installation, our goal is to give you clear answers and dependable local service. We test before we recommend and stand behind our work with the All Set Guarantee.
